This gliding PAW Patrol balloon can follow the birthday boy around wherever he goes! Shaped like the Chase, the loveable police pup in full uniform, this giant metallic foil balloon has weighted "feet" that allows it to stay upright. Attach a string (sold separately) to pull it along with you! You can reuse it any number of times or deflate for storage.
